Freak The Mighty

Hi everybody out there! I hope that you are having an AWESOME day!
Our class had a lesson on google drawings and how to work them and we got to make a picture response on the serial story that we have been reading, Freak The Mighty.

So this is my response!
I really wish that I was taller, like that earthling dude, Maxwell. He is really tall and if I was like him I could get this bird down! But I’m not! I’m crippled and vertically challenged! Well, talking about the earthling dude, I remember when we were at preschool and he was called the kicker. He was called the kicker because he got angry pretty easily, and when he did he got totally physical! So he kicked or punched and that is just mean. No, not mean, ABOMINABLE! Well, I don’t think that he is the kicker anymore, although he could be… Oh no! I see him right now! Behind the crack in the fence! And he’s whistling! I Need This Bird! Agghhh!!!!

Zentangle: Crazy Hair Art

Hi Everybody!
If you like art this is a really great post for you to read but if you don't like art, then you can check out my other posts and I'm sure that you will find a post that's your style!
Zentangle Art is a cool style of art that makes a great effect. My class's style of art for the term is Zentangle. We have all created a piece of art in the form of crazy hair.
This is my crazy hair picture.
Can you list ALL of the colors that I used?
Quick Question: Which pattern on one of the strands of hair can you find in a comic book?

This is how I created it:

1. Take a picture of yourself and then print it out in the color black and white.

2. Now cut out just your head and make sure that none of the hair is showing. It doesn't matter if you have a fringe because in a few steps I will tell you how to deal with it.

3. Take out a glue stick and put the glue on the back of the picture of yourself.

4.Then stick it onto a piece of paper, you can chose where you stick it. I stuck it in the middle, down the bottom because then all of the strands of hair have somewhere to go, and that is away from my head.

5. If you have a fringe that is showing, then you can draw over it, or you can just leave it. It won't matter if you can see a slight fringe!

6. Now you can get creative! Draw some strands of hair coming out of your head and fill in each strand of hair with zentangle patterns. Here is a link that I used for the first few strands of hair that I did! Zentangle Patterns

I hope that you liked this post and feel free to comment below! Have a nice day!
